My quick takes (sorry sort of a mess):

1. Margin improvement is a combo of M800 mix (continues to increase in volume) and low cost wafers taking effect in the second half of the year. Both for current and future 3 and 4.

2. Food - current deployments are readers (overhead and door) and hand held on the floor. As of now the deployment is pallet and case level, however the pilots are item level (AD call referred to a lot in this call). ROI is exceeding expectations.
- 2026 expect material impacts, expect to see item level deployment...Chris is as excited about this as he could be. Paraphrasing, it looks like apparel before it took off.
- he was very confident that item level deployments will happen, focus on expiration date items (this would broadly include anything that has a short expiration date)

3. Logistics - Chris said something like "open your aperture on how you view logistics" to include anyone with a supply chain
- seeing deployments of overhead readers and gateways in existing customers
- apparel deploying
- many of their customers have their own supply chains

4. New use case wins
- visionary European retailer
- second large North American supply chain and logistics (reader revenue)
- retail loss analytics from the loss-prevention solution

5. WalMart is piloting additional categories and continues to deploy

They were excited and positive. He kept talking about market share. Chris, was pumped about food based on the ROI of pilots, he made it sound as sure a bet that item level food in the freshness categories would be reality and industry wide. The ROI and how well the systems are working must be pretty good! Virtuous cycle of readers to endpoint ICs.
