I disagree with you, they have some information that we don't have. They visited the company and have the unaudited finanacials. NETZ is working on audited finanacials. NETZ has indicated that they may have better finanacials than DCLK. It can not be justified that NETZ is being traded under $1.00 when DCLK is being traded about $30. The reason is that the Street has not found NETZ. James
