You may have trouble even giving away many of those books; demand for the paper product is dwindling fast. We donate spare books to Goodwill or our local library. Each resells them for almost nothing, but they get a few coins for their overall budgets, and we don't store books we won't ever use again. Donating larger collections to any organization that teaches the underprivileged would also be a nice gesture. I often buy used books on EBAY for $4 and "free shipping," which is what it costs to mail them nowadays. So many organizations are basically giving them away too.
