What I like about the VLE deal is that they pay for participation in drilling on the leases. They aren't acquiring an asset for big bucks or even small bucks. The assets aren't in the middle of of an empty ocean, they are near some of VLE's current operations and available infrastructure. They will still have a big kitty to do serious damage (good)
