Hendrix said it in one of his songs. Not exact quote but close: It's all in your mind. Don't spend your time on bad things.

Lost count of the times I've emphasized that here and other SI boards. Strong confirmation from another wellspring of insight: Good News....brings balance to The Force.

Unfortunate, some have walled themselves off from these life saving truths. They speak only of darkness. In some cases, refusing to read or respond to anything positive. Obvious prisoners of deep Clinical Depression.

Hope they're not living alone. They need someone who cares about them to make sure they get professional help. Without it? Suicide will, sooner or later, emerge as a serious risk to their lives.
