As I recall from opening: Q1 earnings though traditionally flat will show healthy sequential growth. From follow up Q: Q1 growth will almost entirely be in the core business & Xyplex's revenue contribution will be minimal. A note: Europe is supposed to be "booming" & MRVC derives 43% of its biz there. later eric
