Rob, I understand that it by no means is a guarantee that Mr.Cannovino will sell the shares listed in the filing .....but he does retain the option thru this filing. Would you be able to tell me why all the shares with the other filers were'nt offered for sale? I mean since this is a one time deal would'nt they be better off getting it over with in one shot, or at least hold off with the filing untill times are considerably less precarious. With people such as the CFO listed in it now having the capacity to sell a sizable portion of their stake in the company on a whim, what little hope I have had in this management is quickly disappating ...Sean
