Well, before you jump the gun, we first have to find out why HBOC was picked. I mean what were the reasons besides valuation? Do they rotate industries every now and then? Or is it really the 500 biggest companies in the US? I'm sure a company's beta goes into consideration, no? I mean you very rarely see a company trading on that list fluctuate more than 50% ever six months. I, somehow think that price stability is also a factor.
