here's a few comments for everyone to shoot at. imo, this release is REAL UGLY for mu. - xfering 4,500 workers to mu will increase mu's expense by up to $90 million per quarter. just what they need right now. . . - i think analysts were expecting muei profits to help lessen the inevitable quarterly loss from mu's dram operations. on a diluted basis this isn't going to happen. mu has losses from both of its operations. this looks like a potential "gap down" deal. we'll know tomorrow morning.
