I don't see any "winning" here. Korea wasn't charging the amount of tariffs on American goods that Trump once claimed.

Hence Trump is declaring "victory" for having accomplished very little. All he achieved was a 15% tariff on Korean imports. He didn't open up any new markets in Korea for American products.

Now I'll wait while you bring up his claim of $350B worth of Korean investments into the American economy, because that's what you do. You take Trump at his word. In your mind, he is the only thing that is real.

P.S. - Trump's trade deals seem to settle on tariffs that are designed only to raise tax revenue, not to protect the American market from cheap imports. So much for your belief that American manufacturing will come roaring back ...
