OT/ Music Break with personal note. Done a lot of different things in my life. Before going to work for Merrill Lynch, booked local & regional rock bands 1974-1976, in 5 states, with my partner Steve. He was an excellent professional keyboard player and we even played a few gigs for fun. Before I met Steve, he toured the country with John Hartford as his keyboard man for 6 mos. Then, backed up Bobby Goldsboro at a show in Florida. Among others, Steve introduced me to blind rockabilly piano genius, Ronnie Milsap. Should have posted something by him a long time ago. Just not enuf time when real world plate is almost always full.... His best known hit is so good, might even take a crack at performing it at at a local open mike this fall. My voice being having about same pitch & tone as his makes it especially tempting. .
