also I will bet you that apple designs two completely differnt designs, one with the c1 modem and one with the qualcomm modem. then have a runoff in june next year to see which one they actually go with. in fact it would be a great idea to pit the two teams against each other and let the nest man win internally.

i think that Cristiano will not produce the chipset unless they commit to a certain volume, like $200-300M worth of chips.
