I've been bullish on ASND for over a year now, but I believe it is wise to hold a stake in both companies. CSCO provides the stability while ASND provides the growth (since it was/is undervalued from being oversold). I sold my CSCO shares several months ago to raise cash in a tipsy market, but I wouldn't be adverse to picking up some shares again if it dipped back into the mid-50s where I sold.
