The thin modem obligations would be subject to the Supply Agreement's terms. I would be surprised if there weren't minimum quantity requirements; IOW, minimum orders would be needed to trigger Q's obligations to supply Apple modems. Once the SA expires - we dont know if Apple has an option to extend the original terms - Q is under no obligation to supply Apple modems (under any terms, at any price).

Royalties obligations are governed by the License Agreement (and because of SEP requirements, must be offered to all on a FRAND basis); modem obligations are governed by the Supply Agreement (and are not required to be offered at all - IOW, subject to whatever terms the parties can negotiate).
