I don't think it makes any difference for AMD in a business sense, because the products that MOT is having trouble with aren't the products where it competes with GEMS (at least I don't think so, maybe someone else knows better?). But unfortunately when MOT goes down GEMS tends to go down in sympathy. Kevin
