Texas banker Comerica (CMA) has priced their new issue of fixed-rate reset preferred with an initial coupon of 6.875%–which will remain fixed until 10/1/2030 at which time it will reset to the 5 year Treasury rate plus a fixed spread of 3.125% for the next 5 years.
