Wrong again. PooTin can't call a general draft. Ukraine has been under a general mobilization throughout the entire war.
Instead, PooTin still has to pay soldiers to go to Ukraine. And that pool of soldiers is drying up.
In desperation, PooTin is now resorting to North Korean soldiers as well as Indian and African immigrants that he can bamboozle into joining.
Just like Derek Huffman, the anti-woke dumbass who moved to RuZZia, then signed onto the military hoping for a quick path to citizenship and a non-combat role:

In short, the side that is suffering from manpower shortages is RuZZia, not Ukraine.
And it all has to do with PooTin's strategy, which is completely and 100% political in nature. PooTin has to maintain forward momentum at any cost, especially human cost, because he has to maintain the illusion of the unstoppable RuZZian juggernaut.
As long as the Z-trolls all over the world like Cuckyo Rose continue to spread this narrative, RuZZia still has a chance of demoralizing the West and destabilizing Ukraine.
