I think the SEP workaround is another AAPL PR ploy to make it seem like QCOM business model is broken... a leverage generating maneuver which will ultimately fail and AAPl will have to pay FRAND percentage on the value of the phone/tiem - but with a much higher cap than the $400 it currently is capped at
