I doubt it matters really. If they need to raise cash, they will and call it a strategic investment.

I imagine it depends on the auditor. At some point they will threaten a going concern letter. What that threshold is is hard to know but probably JH knows that number.

I also think that Corvette should get refr above breakeven some quarter this year and put off the issue maybe forever.
