Steven-

You are the Vin Scully/Harry Caray of this thread. I feel like I'm there. Thanks a million!

Fwiw, some additional interesting points from last Friday's NBMO call:

- WCII's "on net" mature margins (eventually representing about 2/3 of their subscribers) are expected to be in the 60-70% range.

- when mature, WCII will be running on aggregate at more than twice the margins of TCGI

- When P-MP comes on line in 1999, each of the anticipated 8000 P-P buildings they expect to have, will become a "sector", capable of transmitting to an additional 15-20 buildings (at OC3 bandwidth). This translates to a "plant of 12,000 to 16,000 buildings

- TCGI was valued at $11B with a plant of 4000 buildings.

- Bill R. made the point that WCII has had the lowest [problem?] rate (I didn't quite catch the exact phrasing or spec criteria) of any operating CLEC.
