IMO dilution is itself not clean. Likely Liberty gets diluted in it's holding of QVC, Inc equity meaning QVCGA owns Liberty which owns a diluted stake in a holding - what does that make QVCGA worth?

As long as preferred are in play they structurally sit above QVCGA anyway so if value were to pass that high up QVCGP would get equity. I just can't see how QVCGA recovers anything at this stage given where company is at.

As of last 10-Q QVC, Inc debt was reported at $3,969M. EBITDA last year was $1,078M and below is a look at leverage ratio based on if EBITDA continues to decline:


FITCH estimated QVC EBITDA to fall towards low $800M range and if that's correct then leverage ratio rises with no change in debt. Something to consider is often these agencies work with the company so that forecast is likely provided by management.
To your point, we will see where numbers look tomorrow.
