Long-time lurker here. Some people here may remember Brazil's Sierra Pelada gold rush in 1985, and Colossus Minerals trying to get rich there in 2006 to 2012. Old boss Ari Sussman is at it again with Collective Minerals (CNL.TO and CNL). Stock is up, but here is a severe warning from Morpheus Research:
