Good morning Sean, I was expecting worse! It is probably too early to judge the market reaction BUT I just checked The Common was up 12% The Preferred -5.5% I was not surprised wrt the $975M draw on the LOC. If QVC is suspending the Preferred Dividend they'll draw the LOC. Maybe LOC news gives us a clue in the near future...say 3-6 months??? I am not ready to say QVC pulls the Trigger on BK BUT The odds have gone up BK happens. I expected charges. We might see more going forward to clear the deck. That war chest and cleaning the deck gives Mgt. some levers. We know the QVC Brain Trust loves levers and maxes usage. We shall see... 60
