It's a big LTD number (now at 1.68B), but at decent rates:


A chunk comes due in 18 months (by which time I won't likely be owning any. It's a trading sardine, not an heirloom). They probably won't be refinancing at 3.445%.

As for the real estate:


There may even be a tangible BV there.<g>
