FWIW from AI Yes, Research Frontiers did experience a temporary disruption in royalty income due to Marelli’s bankruptcy. Marelli, a key European licensee and supplier of SPD-SmartGlass components to Ferrari, filed for Chapter 11 in June 2025. This event led to one-time accounting charges for Research Frontiers and interrupted the royalty revenue stream from Ferrari during the transition.
