Hi everyone, I am "very" old to SGGNF but new to this thread; Ted got me on to SGGNF. The following is a fax I sent to KH; I am looking for your as well as his comments RE.: RECENT TRADING ACTIVITY Dear Mr. Hart, I called you today but only got you answering service. Myself and a lot of other long time Sungold investors have watched the recent trading activity and it seems to me that the recent "pink sheet" listing has done nothing but damage to the company and it's shareholders. A number of people I know personally as well as some people posting on the silicon thread have tried to buy shares at current prices (somewhere between the bid and ask) and according to my information none of us got a fill. Ergo, there is only one entity making money at this point and the is the market maker. All of your extremely faithful shareholders are left out in the cold and this jerk who came out of the cold, who never went through the ups and downs and the related anguish is raking it in right now At this point I would ask you for a precise target date as to when Sungold will be listed on a REAL exchange; i.e. electronic bulletin board. And if this doesn't work, why don't you try the TSE OTC; at least there legalized theft happens within reasonable guidelines and investors can actually get information instead of having to wait until the end of the day or better yet, why don't you take the company private. In all fairness to you and Sungold, I would like you to know that I will post this note to you on the Internet and to let you know that this nonsense will either stop or willing buyers will have a field day. Our group is ready to sell since we just about had enough of this legalized rape that's taking place right now. This, by the way. is my first and maybe only comment on the Internet. Regards,
