The payment had anticipated amounts due for the second quarter and was pre bankruptcy filing so it's not subject to allocation

AGP Peru is not the only company that could do this work and perhaps the original article about this quoting Tony Roma was an attempt to make the car even more exclusive in appearance.

I don't know for sure the determining factor for the Corvette decision but I imagine that until we transitioned SPD for Ferrari to another supplier without any hitches, GM was probably heavily considering what was happening at AGP and it's affiliates.

    Hi Joe,
I'll share your answers if any.

    1) You told Jared Sherman that RFI had been paid, but it's not in the fee income nor is there an increase in receivables. Does this await bankruptcy court allocations.

    2) According to Tony Roma, the Celestiq roof was also made by AGP and the Peru site was the only one capable in the entire world of making a roof system this big. GM's problem I guess, but is there a new supplier as well

    3) Did the above deep six the Corvette.

    Thank you.
