"You don't want facts, you want to live in your dream world. Why
don't you call some senior mining analysts, ask them for corporate finance contacts, see how ABX does business, call ABX they are a
public company you know, and you will soon learn that ABX has never
and will never invest in a property, company, entity, where clear title, ownership, litigation, are in question. You are a joke."

I'm aware of ABX, and the Munk empire. I never once intimated that I believed they were directly, indirectly involved, interested etc...in a deal with KRY. I'm not being arrogant, or dreaming--I've made money trading KRY, I'm holding a core position long because of what I believe is the risk reward ratio here. I'm up big time (locked in) since the stock first cleared $4 and so everything I'm playing with is gravy money. I don't have anything personally against shorting and in fact if I felt better about going short, I would. Quite simply I think you are wrong, you haven't provided any facts for advancing your position and I think your motives may be suspect.

Oh, yea, and I'm not going to continue in a urinating contest here. Without any further facts, let's just see how this thing plays out.
