I'd have to think it through how merging would work to both RFI's and Gauzy's advantage. But if Gauzy does have 50K CLAs in the pipeline going forward, plus their ADAS and airline businesses plus who knows how many marine, rail, architectural and automotive PDLC projects, I don't see why they wouldn't eventually be in a position to make a buyout offer. Especially if RFI's coffers keep shrinking because of more unforeseen licensee problems.

Or maybe a stock-for-stock merger?
