No, but you can't say "We discussed that before" and expect me to acknowledge it if we haven't. "This" refers to a specific thing.

You are criticizing 100 jobs when you clearly don't understand the bigger picture. Or you choose to ignore it, I don't know which.

The best thing I can say on this is time will tell.
