After listening to the CC I added a few shares at much higher prices than my initial purchases (thanks to you!) but it’s a company that I want to have a full position in.

There are many areas of potential strong growth.

A few of the notes I took down FWIW:

Veladyne (who OUST merged with) invented 3D LIDAR
Oust is the largest provider of 3D LIDAR in the West
They were the first to move much of the tech onto a silicon chip.
The upcoming product upgrades on 2 of their lines will be as transformative as any upgrade in their history, and they are working closely with customers to make the transition as seamless as possible.
They are a sensing partner and increasingly a software partner to their customers.
The tech can be hard for companies to implement, as they transition from R&D to production, so OUST helps all customers and has a lot of background how to implement the tech,
Their products are very ruggedized and they continue to make them even more reliable.
Robotaxis are festooned with LIDAR.
Blue City is a complete suite. 2 LIDARS and a NVDA GPU can greatly enhance intersections. 100 intersections being deployed in Chattanooga. There are 300K intersections in the US. Huge opportunity. OUST has partners in most of the country to provide local installation and support of Blue City. These partners have strong relationships with applicable state agencies.
Manufacturing is done in Thailand. They believe they can manage tariffs and maintain their target margins.

Where going from here?
LIDAR will become ubiquitous in 5-10 years as customers move from R&D to rollout
OUST is in a position to help lead the way scaling to 10x 100x 1000x
