Are there really two different types of reimbursement
issues? Namely:

(1) Medicare/medicaid
(2) Regular Insurers

Its my understanding - AND I COULD BE VERY WRONG - that
(1) above is ALREADY being paid for. I am stating this
based on my memory of a message to me on the Yahoo thread.

(2) I just don't know about.

Is there the remotest chance (someone suggested this but
I tuned out of the idea) that we have hit a short term
manufacturing limit?
