This weekend the IKN newsletter did a major look at the MAI deal, correctly describing it as a pivot with the Mexican operations now becoming a side issue. He likes Pan -- which is already profitable and could become more so with a little work and investment -- and Gold Point, but the dilution causes IKN ro move MAI from Top Pick to Recommended, and Mark sold some MAI from his personal account. (Maybe I bought his shares...) He predicts an eventual rollback and listing on the TSX main board plus Nasdaq. The analysis was many pages long and this is just a brief mention of a few of the points. LC
