You know who isn't open to a negotiated ceasefire? PooTin.

In his mind, he can't afford to have a stable, sovereign, and independent Ukraine existing on his border, even one that "only" has 80% (or 79% or whatever) of its territory remaining.

Unless you can prove that Ukrainians are ready to surrender unconditionally to their RuZZian overlords, you really don't have a point to make.
