First of all, Benny Johnson himself doesn't live in D.C. Instead, he lives in Florida. He used to live in D.C., though.
Second, I grew up in the D.C. area. I also remember when D.C. was the "murder capital of America" under Mayor Marion "Goddamned bitch set me up" Barry. This was back when I was in high school.
Most of the crime in D.C. happens in the S.E. area. Yes, the sketchy part of D.C. starts a few blocks away from the nation's Capitol, but that's not life for the vast majority of families living in D.C. or the metropolitan area.
That security camera footage looks consistent with my memories of S.E. D.C. (FYI, it could also be N.E. D.C., where crime is still bad but not as bad as S.E.)
Now I have no idea why Benny Johnson chose to live there instead of taking up residence in nearby Northern Virginia or suburban Maryland. Maybe he hates commuting.
But he is LYING when he generalizes that video to what life is typically like for a family living in the D.C. area.
And for a guy like James Woods, who only knows what life is like in Ventura County, CA, he is easily fooled by the RuZZian shill.
