Dr. J.,

Insiders are free to trade.

If there were any signs of disappointing results I think we would
have seen it reflected in the volume traded, because they are the ones
in the know.

Naxos is giving up an awful lot to own the methodology. It behooves
management to ensure they get value back for value to be given up.

I saw someone mention that a patent may not be possible. Patent
applications often take considerable time to get considered and
approved or denied. More often than not this take substantially more
than the 210 days Naxos has been working under. So, this cannot be an
issue.

Further, there is a certain mutual dependency. Naxos likely needs (at
least the promise of) a successful extraction methodology. At the same
time, the FL dirt may be just be the unique complex deposit on which
the JL methodology works. So, both Naxos and JL have a vested interest
to see this process come to its natural conclusion, one that all hope to
be the pot at the end of the rainbow.
