To be clear, I do use "stole" to refer to Biden "winning" the election. That was clearly theft.

OTOH, sometime I "steal" a paragraph or "steal" a couple of onion rings, or I "stole the magic marker off your desk" or "steal" someone's idea without claiming it as their idea. I use the term loosely like that.

The election was plainly stolen, but to date, no one has been brought to trial for it, and I doubt they will in the future. OTOH, if what Zuckerberg did wasn't "stealing" an election, I don't know what is. If the rigging of vote counting operations in multiple states (but notabily PA) wasn't stealing an election, we might as well just eliminate use of the term because it was plain as day.
