Your TPS argument has nothing to do with enforcing the law on employers. None of the administrations ever did anything significant in controlling illegal immigration through employers. Maybe it’s bad pr to whack employers, maybe it’s donations, maybe it’s just that they don’t give a damn. I have no idea.
