Gary & all YURI shareholders,

I am seriously thinking about talking with the company and asking them to release a statement to ask shareholders call their shares. The 'pathetic' performance of YURI is largely due to the huge chuck of shorts and MM manipulation. If all YURI longs begin to protect their shares, the shorts will be forced to cover in a certain period of time. I am not sure whether it's illegal to ask the company to release such a statement.
I believe that this will do both the company and the shareholders good. They can stop worrying about the stock performance and focus on growing the company instead. I like this company because although nothing is certain, it would be a quite safe bet that they have report good earnings for the next 3 Qs in a row.

Also someone please correct me this because I am not so sure... DELL stock had a serious crash between the 1st and 2rd year IPO. It was also largely due to the short interest at that time...So how did the stock get back on track again? Maybe some aging DELL bear could give me the correct answer.

Anyway, do you guys think that the suggestion is feasible? If you think so, let's contact the company and see what they can do (YURI IRS phone # 301-352-4609).
