I can answer that one... On Thursday, Aug 7 1997 11:27AM - Riley verified the current float with the CEO of OVIS at 1.1 million shares. techstocks.com On Monday, Aug 25 1997 10:50AM - Riley calls the TA and verifies that the current float of OVIS is 1.6 million shares (500,000 more than on Aug 7) techstocks.com Monday, Feb 2 1998 8:14PM - Riley posts his current shareholder spreadsheet. Current shares in certificate form are 1,877,186 (777,186 over original float) and current outstanding float at 2,171,081 (1,071,081 shares over original float) techstocks.com By my math using Riley G's numbers, the squeeze was successful. More shares were placed into certificate form than existed on Aug 7. The only problem is that the float has grown by 97% since Aug 7.
