America is not currently at war, and there is no significant conflict occurring domestically, leading many to question why Washington is allotting hundreds of millions to a project to protect the government against the people.
The people have lost all confidence in government. The people no longer trust the government to handle the cost of living, nor do they trust the data issues on inflation, unemployment, or GDP growth.
