I vote for a regilar dividend increase which maintains an increase of one cent per quarter per year. With little to no dbet and a strong balance sheet capable of expansion to a national foot print shold be very pleasing to the 90% of us long term buy and holders. A 20 cent annual dividend will put my yield over cost in the mid 5's. If they did that for two years, I'll satisfy my desired yirlf of 6% plus. At that point it has earned the treatment of "throw it in a drawer and fugettabout it" I maythen reapply dividends to more accumulation. At that point it would'nt impact my cost basis, but I do love stocks that keep me ahead of inflation. I have to walk away from the computer with the itch to try what 3000 shares "at the market? might just do to get that OBV on the upward slope! LOL Bob
