Pancho, George, and others:

Check out this chart, which shows the recent run-up of AOL and the short interest. Any coincidence that short interest is going down while the stock is rising? This (along with others like Soros who are squeezing the shorts higher) is fueling the run-up.

Is 9% short interest low enough, or will the decline in short interest continue? When there are no more shorts to squeeze, the game will finally be over. The question is when?

Like others, I am short the stock, albeit through naked call options. I still like the position however, and am waiting for signs of a break. Any thoughts?

Regards,

Jason Cogan
