This - i.e., government control - is coming to every company, QCOM included. Your BOD will be obeying the government who will masquerade as shareholders. Doesn't matter the party, once the camels nose is under the tent, all will want a cheap piece of the action.

OTOH, maybe its no biggie because governments are known to be very efficient at operating businesses.
