If PSS wanted to send a loud and clear message to the marketplace he would avoid dilution by creatively selling some of his own shares to potential institutional investors. He certainly owns enough of them and we all know that getting a broader base of ownership would do wonders for the share price and investor confidence. He most certainly could creatively avoid dilution by using proceeds to advance some trials. It would send a clear message to the world that he cares about shareholders. I would not suggest this if PSS was only holding options or a small % of outstanding shares but give it a rest. PSS controls a large majority of the shares and seemingly could care less about those of us that have seen the benefits of Anktiva. Time for him to quit butt kissing others and concentrate on maximizing shareholder value. The share price should easily be trading for 2-3 times its current price, WITH or WITHOUT the shorts. The hedge funds are good at finding companies like this that are sitting ducks for shorting. Of course, all of this is IMO only. I continue to hold a large position in spite of my disdain for PSS actions. Anktiva continues to perform, thankfully. Enjoy the weekend and avoid going north to alaska. Glaciers will surely melt faster with all the hot air up there.
