PSS is the multi-billionaire here in the IBRX story. Not only is he a brilliant scientist, but by earning his billions by selling his biotech babies over the years he has proven ability to deliver the goods, so why should we second guess how he is trying to accomplish his goals here? In addition he has the means to employ others to advise him, and in the long term it has worked out pretty well. This is not Dave Goldenberg we are talking about, but someone who has proven that he is capable of producing outsized returns more than once. And if you are worried about the company not having ample funds we suggest checking the PSS net worth, and acknowledging that he has a lot riding on IBRX. He can get his company to cash flow positive with his checking account balance, but when he decides to move the stock, we think he and his bankers will manage.
