Report #1 Status Report. 60-S-1 (Overdue) confirmed at the close of the 2nd hour. UPRO Sell Signal ended at the close of the 2nd hour. 60-S-2 confirmed during the 5th hour. 60-S-1 confirmed at the close. Monday possibility of a 60-1 (Extreme Overdue) or a 60-S-2 and a new UPRO Bull Cycle will start. The 60 min level is very Bearish at -37. So I would expect a large 60 min Bear Cycle next week.
