I suppose the idiots employed by the NY Times think SpaceX rocket scientists work for free and all those rockets are built for free so there are not jobs created or manufacturing plants with construction jobs built that pay high taxes.

I don't recall how many years it was before Amazon showed a profit and started paying federal taxes after offsetting their losses to build the company. They sure as hell employed a ton of workers from highly paid software developers to my high school graduate delivery driver cousin (who likes the job.)
