Big Picture. The overall mkt PE is at one of the highest points in history. Why is that? OK, no hard economic landing for the economy, The AI boom will usher in a golden age of profits, tariffs will just be a minor speed bump, immigrant labor in the US will not be missed, college IT grads will find employment somewhere, consumer spending will not spiral downward, wage growth will keep pace with inflation, US budget deficits don't matter, policy uncertainty is good for business. What did I miss?
