The $2,000 kg someone says they want seems pretty expensive, although quantity matters. Also delivering the quality that meets the product specifications also seems to be challenging per the HG CEO. I don't know if they've actually produced their high end $800 kg graphene and sold it to anyone yet. Doubt it.
The last guidance I heard was $500k sales US in 2025 and $10m contracts signed in 2026. The recent colour makes me think the $10m is going higher, But It's not the revenues that drives this, it's the story and you're right Claude, the chart. 15x in 5 weeks and KB hasn't sold a share.
It seems like people hate the story and smell a rat or they like the story or think it might be real, but it's moved way too quickly, it's way too expensive, and they can't buy this chart. I don't blame them at all!
I can offer that, just keep in mind, this story should be playing out over a lengthy period of time and there's a lot of developments they expect, that IF they occur should drive it much higher. But none of them have to do with near or medium term revenue recognition of any significance. "Its the story, stupid". |
